I created the Color Me series with the idea of sharing happiness through color. I chose a rainbow palette using acrylic and alcohol inks and added layers upon layers to create little “explosions” of color. Each painting is finished with a clear coat of resin to make the colors pop and showcase the layering effects. I’ve had fun creating each painting and exploring various approaches within the Color Me series – from vibrant primary colors to ethereal pastels – which I hope has resulted in both a vivid and joyful experience for the viewer.
