Two new large-scale abstracts inspired by the serene mountain lakes in Rocky Mountain National Park are now available. Shop Finding Emerald Lake and Along Dream Lake.
Inspired by Spanish Moss hanging from trees, the “Under the Spanish Moss” abstract paintings feature layers of bright greens and blue and touches of iridescent green, blue and gold. They’re the perfect nature-inspired pair of abstract paintings reminiscent of the Southern outdoors.
My Garden Party collection is inspired by botanical gardens and blooming with vibrant purples, greens and blues. I was inspired to paint these abstracts after visiting both the McGovern Centennial Gardens and Houston Arboretum several times over the summer, and I love the abstract floral shapes with greens and blues. The oversized gold frames add a beautiful finishing touch to bring out all the colors in this nature-inspired abstract collection. Shop the collection.
Allyson Caire is an abstract artist based in Houston, Texas who creates colorful, nature-inspired abstract paintings. Using many colorful layers and movement, she creates vibrant mixed media paintings.
These small 6x6” paintings are a great way to start collecting original art or gift to someone special. And they’re perfectly sized for placing in your bookshelf decor for a pop of color or adding one (or a few) to a gallery wall.
Inspired by cacti and flowers, the abstract botanicals collection is full of bright and colorful green and blue paintings. They are perfect for mixing and matching since the colors all work with each other.
The Blue Hills collection is inspired by my art pop-ups at Blue Hills in Round Top, Texas. I love the deep blues, color accents and highly textured surfaces in this little collection.
Growing up near the Gulf has provided countless inspiration for my artwork. The Oyster Series explores the subtle beauty of an oyster shell when catching the light. The paintings reveal iridescent color, metallic pearls and gold over a neutral backdrop of gray and white. I keep returning to the Gulf oyster shell in my oyster series, from mini paintings on juniper tree slices to larger-scaled layered paintings on wood panels—and most recently paper. I absolutely love the depth and interest of each piece and find these are perfect for any decor.

Inspired by jewels and gemstones, the Jewel Series features monochromatic jewel-toned paintings with gold and iridescent accents like a beautiful piece of jewelry. Each Jewel Series painting has painted gold panel sides and is finished with a clear, high-gloss resin layer to seal the artwork and add to its vibrancy.
This series is inspired by my grandfather’s collection of gems and gemstones, in addition to my own jewelry collection—a combination of costume, family heirlooms and pieces I’ve collected from vintage shops and travel. I’ve been fascinated with gemstones and jewels from a young age and am excited to bring the inspiration to life through this series.
All of this series has sold, so please contact me if you’d like to discuss a commission.
